How long will it take to process and ship my order?

On average, it takes approximately 3 - 7 business days to process an order before shipping. During holidays, the processing time might increase. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped.

November 15th marks the start of the busy holiday season. Due to possible delivery service delays, please place your orders by December 1st for Christmas Day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.



I didn't get my order but the tracking says it was delivered

When the tracking ID shows that an order has been successfully delivered, it's common for a family member to collect the package without notifying the intended recipient. On the uncommon occasion that the package is either lost or stolen after delivery, the customer is responsible to initiate a claim process with the delivery service to address the issue.



Return Policy

Damaged Items: Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us within 3 business days for a replacement accompanied with photos. A replacement of the same item will be sent to you.


Completed Orders: Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your address is written correctly. Unfortunately, no replacement will be sent if an address was incorrectly written.


Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any processing fees incurred.

We offer free standard shipping only within the U.S.

For orders outside of the U.S. shipping will be calculated at check-out.
